What is Flooray?
Flooray is a free, easy-to-use room planner for figuring out your home. Draw your room, apartment or whole home to scale, add real-sized furniture, and move everything around until the layout works. It runs in your browser, so there is nothing to install.
Is Flooray free?
Yes. You can plan, save and share your rooms for free, within a limit on how much floor area you can plan. For people who need more, we're building paid plans with larger projects, private rooms and additional features.
Will my sofa fit in this room?
That is exactly what Flooray is for. Draw the room to scale, drop in a sofa at its real size (for example 240 cm long and 95 cm deep), and move it around. You can see how much walking space is left, so you know whether it fits before you buy it.
How do I plan a small bedroom layout?
Draw your bedroom to scale, or start from a small-bedroom template, then drop in a bed, wardrobe, and desk at their real sizes and move them around until the layout feels right. Because everything is to scale, you can see what actually fits before you buy or rearrange anything.
Can I plan a whole home or apartment, not just one room?
Yes. Draw walls for every room, bedroom, living room, kitchen, hallway, and connect them into one floor plan. Doors and windows go on the shared walls. Your whole home lives in one workspace, so you can see how one room flows into the next.
Is Flooray a floor plan tool, like CAD but simpler?
Yes. You can draw a floor plan to scale with walls, doors and windows, then furnish it. Flooray is built for planning and trying layouts rather than architectural drafting, so it is much simpler and faster than CAD software.
Does Flooray work on my phone or tablet?
Yes. Flooray runs in your browser on phone, tablet and computer, and your projects sync across all of them.
On a phone you can explore rooms and move furniture around. Drawing walls from scratch works best on a computer or tablet, where the full editor is available.
Do I need an account to use Flooray?
You can try the demo without one. But saving your rooms, coming back to them, and sharing a link all need a free account, so most people sign up once they have created something worth keeping. It is free.
Can I share my room or floor plan with someone?
Yes. Every saved layout gets its own link. Anyone you send it to can open it, move the furniture around to try their own ideas, and save their own version to send back. It is an easy way to get a partner, friend, or designer involved.
Will AI design my home for me?
Not entirely. We believe AI should help you explore your own ideas, not replace them. We're exploring features that remove repetitive work, make Flooray easier to use, and help you visualise your ideas more clearly. But taste, judgement, experimentation, and the pleasure of shaping a home should remain human and unapologetically yours. AI can help you get there faster. It should not decide where you are going.
